How to follow the Match Races

The Roberto Trombini Challenge Trophy will start 11th July. The programme of Round Robins will be posted after the pairing at the skipper’s meeting. Each crew will challenge all the others twice in the Round Robins. The teams will be classified at the end of the series of ‘flights’. The first 8 will go forward to the quarter finals , the best 4 will go on to the semi-finals and so on until the finals.
It is easy to watch the races in Marina di Ravenna: general programmes are available from the hospitality village, ask our hostesses for the daily itinerary. You can see the races onshore, from the grandstand situated by the entrance of the harbour, along the pier or from the spectator’s boat. There will be a running commentary and on the spot interviews with the skippers. Don’t miss the welcoming and prize giving ceremonies in the village and by the water front.
